CPM Update Delayed / Not All Publishers Will Paid

I excitedly opened the widget bucks account today to check what widget bucks had for, after I added widget bucks to my site to see their CPM earnings. But it was not there, I visited the widget bucks blog to see if they have anything to mention. And it was there that due to some technical thing they will be displaying the CPM related information tommorow by noon.
Also an important announcement on the blog was that not every publisher outside Canada/USA will be paid for impressions. Because they are not getting advertisers for specific regions of world. However the post international CPM ad launch din't had any information about it, if I have read it correctly.
I am eager to see what widget-bucks has for me with 250 page impressions per day.
